Connection/Reconnection Fee

A consumer requesting a disconnect of an account and subsequently requesting reconnection of that account by the same consumer, may be subject to a reconnect charge of $60. This charge does not apply to irrigation accounts, due to the special circumstances surrounding irrigated acreage.

A connection fee of up to $450, to be paid in advance, may be charged on after hours calls or trips to connect a service should the applicant desire service before the connection can be made during normal business hours.
