Columbia Power Cooperative, a member- owned, not-for-profit utility, serves its members clean, safe and renewable electricity at affordable rates. However, maintaining the highest quality of service at a reasonable cost is challenging in the current economic environment.
Historically, CPC has held off raising rates annually until recently, but has now needed to implement a rate revenue increase of approximately 6% to meet operating costs and cover capital improvements.
