Despite facing massive wildfires that threatened its headquarters and employees’ homes, Columbia Power Cooperative—the smallest electric utility in Oregon—has kept power flowing to almost all of its 1,100 consumer-members.
For the Alder Creek, Service Creek, Twickenham, Winlock & Mitchell areas there will be a planned power outage tomorrow, Thursday, August 1st from 8:30am through 2:30pm while transmission poles damaged by the wildfires are replaced. This outage will NOT affect the City of Spray.
Due to the wildfires in our service territory the line crew are unable to read irrigation meters for the month of July. All usage for July will be included in the August billing. If you have any questions please all us at (541) 934-2311. Thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
There are outages in Twickenham and Rowe Creek currently. Crews are dispatched to troubleshoot.
