The Ross Building store hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 5:30pm including the lunch hour. While staff are on-site on Fridays in the shop and store, and able to assist with hardware supplies, calling ahead on (541) 934-2321 is recommended, due to possible field service calls.
During all other hours a Dispatch Operator is available 24/7/365 on (541) 934-2311 to assist with power outages and other essential needs.
